patio doors helpful staff welcome addition
My room had patio doors and it added a nice touch. the staff was helpful and attentive to my needs. the mini bar included gin and tonic. It was a welcome addition.
i found the bed to be quite creaky, it made noise with every movement

the room included complimentary welcome drinks. breakfast offered a healthy european buffet. i found the rooftop bar to be a definite highlight.
the hotel was not easily accessible, i hadn't realised this when i booked that location, though this was my responsibility.

high minibar prices stuck system
the staff provided good advice and were always smiling it was acceptable
the air conditioning barely worked the room was too warm even after i reported it to the front desk multiple times the system seemed stuck i also noticed the minibar prices were quite high a small bottle of water cost almost 8 euros i found that excessive

friendly staff rooftop bar cold pool long walk
the staff were friendly. the rooftop bar offered beautiful views. i liked the complimentary gin and tonics. there was also a welcome letter and treats.
The cleaning service was good. they did not replace sheets during four nights. the pool was not heated, so it was cold in winter. i had to walk 15-30 minutes to reach many attractions.

the room was spacious. it included a gin and tonic set, that was a nice touch. breakfast offered a great buffet and delicious coffee.
rooms needed better lighting. it was not inviting. beds not comfortable, was disappointing. rooms not made up until late afternoon, this also was disappointing.

The lighting in the bathroom was dim, making it difficult to get ready in the morning.

delicious food city views
The breakfast was a real highlight. It offered a wide variety of choices! and all the food was fresh and delicious. The rooftop bar provided fine city views, especially enjoyable in the evening.
